Dulwich Hill Project Complete

Ferrocon have completed the construction of a residential project in Dulwich Hill, involving the restoration of an existing free-standing terrace and a new two-storey extension to the rear of the home. The new expansive open plan living area is framed by an existing brick wall and exposed rafters in the ceiling, with large sliding doors open to a new entertainment alfresco area. The residence was designed by our long-term collaborator Mark Szczerbicki Design Studio.
