Bel Riva Boutique Apartments Finished

We have recently completed our boutique waterfront apartments in Drummoyne, with owners now starting to move in. The 9-unit project included 6 metres of excavation into sandstone for the underground carpark, post-tensioned concrete slabs to maximise support-free spans, and an in-ground swimming pool constructed within reclaimed land in the Parramatta River.
