Birchgrove Terrace Complete

Ferrocon have recently finished a major renovation of a historical terrace in Birchgrove. Known as 'Shipley House', the original structure dates back to 1885. The renovation included a substantial new steel structure to stabilise the sandstone walls, renovation of many of the original features, and the addition of new elements including joinery, bathrooms, and an attic level master bedroom with balcony.
