Ferrocon have completed an exceptional job with the renovations for the J the Colour Company. The renovations took a short period of time, in which they were very efficient. The majority of this time included the Christmas break, and the work was incomparable. My standards were certainly met, perhaps even more. Every element had attention to detail from the J Café to the J the Colour Headquarters; they turned my vision into a reality. Ferrocon have done an outstanding job. I engaged Ferrocon in 2002 for a major renovation of my house, which took 13 months to complete. As an Architect undertaking a major renovation on my own home, I was after a particular level of quality, style and detailing. My wife and I were confident from the outset that Robert and the team from Ferrocon would be able to deliver this, and the finished product exceeded our expectations!

The brief to Robert was demanding - to renovate a freestanding 100 year old cottage with a new split level contemporary addition at the rear. All this on a tight budget, a busy road, with restricted parking and limited site access. However, Robert handled these challenges with ease. His attention to detail and construction knowledge is second to none. The pride he took in his work was evident in every element of the building, which gave us comfort throughout the construction process, and is obvious in the finished product.

Robert and his team have a fantastic relationship and mutual respect, and it is clear these tradesman have worked together on many projects previously. Even our neighbours, who had to live through construction, noticed this smooth working relationship and we actually received many comments on how polite and easy to deal with everyone from Ferrocon was.

Robert was always a pleasure to deal with, his professionalism, honest approach, attention to detail and high work ethic ensured the construction process flowed seamlessly and our renovation came in on time and budget.

We are extremely delighted with the finished product, and cannot emphasise our appreciation and satisfaction with Robert and the team from Ferrocon. Alfio Barbagallo and Robert Barbagallo of Ferrocon are very professional in their approach to quoting, keeping accurate records, detailing, construction and project management. They are meticulous in attending to detail, maintain a clean site during construction and always plan ahead to keep up with their scheduled completion time. They also bring anticipated problems well ahead to avoid delays.

Ferrocon have a team of long standing subcontractors, who are well experienced, competent and professional. They always establish good relations with neighbours at the work site and keep them well informed to avoid any delays caused by complaints. Ferrocon are tenacious in fixing up any problems that arise during the defects liability period and attend promptly to any complaints.

Over the last 20 years, most of the work done with them has been on a negotiated basis and found them to be honest, cooperative, and diligent in their work. They are also well connected to suppliers and are able to recommend the appropriate contacts.
